Luigi’s Box is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution providing site search and product discovery tools for e-commerce websites. Our analytics 📉, search 🔎, product listing and recommender ensure that ecommerce sites deliver fast, relevant, and personalized results for every query.
Luigi’s Box increases conversions and sales for more than 3,000 e-shops, including Alza, Benu, O2, Acer, Kosik, Under Armour, Orsay, KiK and other big names on the Czech, Slovak, Polish and the EU market.

This full-time position will be based in our Bratislava office, located in the city center.
What you will do:
- Managing day-to-day office activities as the primary point of contact.
- Handling billing processes.
- Organizing and managing client contract archives.
- Processing and monitoring travel expenses for team members.
- Assisting in the coordination of monthly all-hands meetings.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan team-building activities, fostering a positive work environment.
- Undertaking other administrative projects and tasks as they arise.
What we expect from you:
- Being present in our Bratislava office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Slovak & English.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team (team spirit wanted! 🙌)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Driving licence B is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a nice-to-have, but definitely not a blocker, as we are looking for a learning mindset 🤓
