What will you do?
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio of your customers in the SK/CZ market
- Strengthen relationships, nurture sales, upsell, cross-sell and increase customer retention
- Listen to the business needs of customers. Be their business growth partner.
- Explain the value of Luigi’s Box and successful use cases. Identify opportunities for customer growth and satisfaction. Prepare data reports and presentations for clients.
- Cooperate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain solid data quality in CRM, focus on actionable & relevant information

- Excellent written and spoken Slovak or Czech language
- Fluent English, at B2-C1 level is a must
- Other languages a plus – German, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian are welcome, not a dealbreaker
Meet your team
You will be part of the Account managers team led by our sales queen Saš, deeply experienced in ecommerce, based in Bratislava. The sales team has colleagues in Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and the UK covering more markets. Mentoring, peer support and feedback are part of our culture. Currently, we are a team of ~80 people. We prefer to run efficiently, so we listen to your ideas and you can influence our processes.
Whereabouts

- Compensation: fixed base 70% and commissions 30%
- Base 1600 – 1800€ a month, as an invoiced amount on B2B contract
