Be part of it as our Project manager for Client Integrations
What you will do
- As our Project Manager for Client Integrations, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Luigi’s Box integration projects on client websites. Together with your FE development team, you will help our customers, e‑commerce companies, start using Luigi’s Box products smoothly.
- You will coordinate 15-20 projects at a time, with your 3-member technical team. Projects are of small to moderate scale and usually take 2 to 5 weeks.
- You will be responsible for all elements of a timely project delivery
- You will guide customers through the integration process, listen to their needs, propose solutions and deliver on our promises
- You will proactively lookout for blockers and make sure to clear them in time for the technical team, make sure that there are no delays
You will manage your small team of FE developers, facilitate communication between the client and technical team - You will evaluate project administration activities and resources (deadlines, timeline, reporting statuses, communication activities, distribution of the tasks between team members in line with the quality of the delivery and customer satisfaction).
- You will identify areas for improvement in project management that can help us improve
- You will look for opportunities to make the integration process more efficient, faster, reliable, and predictable
Requirements
- An interest and understanding of the technology such as web/e-commerce is required
- 2+ years of customer-facing & project managing experience in a digital agency, preferably in the SaaS or technical e‑commerce solutions sector
- Understanding the customer requirements and translating our technical and procedural demands to our customers
- Good knowledge of project management principles and methods
- Love for technical knowledge, so you help customers to use our product to its full potential
- Effectively organize and plan activities for yourself and your teammates
- Excellent communication and attitude, so you engage and motivate the remote team
- Problem solving – gather information and come up with a solution that works for all parties
- Knowledge of the basic frontend technologies – HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
Required language skills:
- Fluent English at C2 level – is a must
- Slovak OR Czech language – is a must, as our customers speak both of these languages, it is best if one of them is a mother tongue
- Another European language – would be an advantage

You will be part of an Integration team led by Tomáš Kramár, our CTO. The Integration team has colleagues in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland. There are already 3 other Project managers and you will have your small team of Front-end developers. Mentoring, mutual support and feedback are part of our culture.
